The 95 new affordable apartment rentals at One Greenway in Boston are a combination of 1-BR, 2-BR, and 3-BR units located in the north building of the development. They are accessed at the building entrance at 66 Hudson Street, near the intersection at Harvard Street. Resident amenities will include: laundry, bicycle storage, children's playroom, and a community meeting room with a separate entrance on Albany Street.
